We consulted our client on creating a new revenue stream that targeted a parallel market to their main business focus, so they could gain higher volumes of traffic and referrals to their insolvency practice. Keeping the industry characteristics in mind, we provided a full digital marketing strategy that captured more leads and referrals.
The Opportunity
We pitched our client a new business division that offered tax consultation services to individuals with tax and debt troubles. We wanted to focus on developing awareness and knowledge of Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LIT) among the buyer persona and capture more leads by bringing in prospects that would benefit from LIT services such as financial restructuring.

We formed the workflows from beginning to end and created all the forms and agreements that our client needed to operate this new division.
We deployed a complete digital marketing strategy that included a custom WordPress website, social media marketing, Google PPC campaigns, inbound automated email marketing, and content creation to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

By the second year, the website received more than 4,000 unique visits monthly and we generated more than 120 qualified leads per month while maintaining a low cost of acquisition ($20,000 per month).
Our client’s new division continues to operate seven years later from when it was launched and has enjoyed ongoing growth and success as a company of now 15 employees.
