We consulted our client’s parent company, a Swedish retail merchandising company, on entering the Canadian market space. Keeping the goal of optimal brand placement, presence, and visibility in mind right form the start, we worked closely with our client to launch and promote their brand in Canada.

The Opportunity

Our client’s parent company wanted to launch operations in Canada, but they had little knowledge of the Canadian marketplace and how to sell to a Canadian audience.

We helped our client research their industry and learn about the buyer persona to map out the buyer process so they can understand who they are servicing and where the conversion touchpoints are.

We worked closely with them to build up their Canadian brand presence and products, and developed digital marketing campaigns including PPC marketing, content creation, custom WordPress websites, and social media marketing to drive leads and conversions with their target buyer persona.

How We Helped Them

First, we provided our client with a comprehensive marketing strategy that would help them break through the Canadian market and start to earn a dedicated audience that would result in leads and conversions.

We focused digital marketing efforts on PPC ads and social media presences to be able to engage with the target buyer persona at all touchpoints in the customer journey. We also created a LinkedIn social program that emphasized building B2B relationships with industry professionals.

We also helped our client develop two custom WordPress websites over the years that focused on usability, compliance, and functionality to be competitive in search engine rankings, improve customer retention, and provide a better customer experience.

The website includes a blog section which we help our client maintain and promote on social media to provide their buyer persona with educational and engaging content to further drive organic traffic, leads, and conversions.
